About
Why franchise. Why agents. Why now.
Fraink is a product of Alliance Technologies, a software company in Decatur, Georgia. The bet is narrow on purpose: franchise brands, one workflow, an agent that works it.
Who builds it
Built and hosted by the same team, for years.
Alliance Technologies has been building and running software for customers for a long time — web, mobile, and cloud — with a habit of fixed budgets and shipped solutions rather than long proposals. Fraink is the franchise product from that shop.
Two mottos carry over: get it done, and make it simple. Simple systems last longer, are easier to secure, and are the only kind a busy owner-operator will actually use.
Why franchise
A franchise already has an org chart. Most software pretends it does not.
Corporate, regionals, and operators share a brand and fight over tools. The honest unit of work is your workflow and the territory — not a seat licence for every person who might log in.
Agents finally match how operators already work: they talk, they walk a site, they look at a phone. The workflow is what they come back to.
Why now
The agent can already read, propose, and apply inside your permissions.
That is not a slide. Connecting an assistant, live permissions, conversations, proposals with a preview, and the approve step are all in production today. What we have not done is dress it up. We would rather show you a live lead than a deck.
Who you deal with
The people who build it are the people who answer.
Fraink is built, hosted, and supported from Decatur, Georgia, by one team. An engineer runs your walkthrough. A person picks up when a franchisee gets stuck in onboarding. When something breaks, the people who wrote the code fix it — not a ticket queue in another time zone.
That is the whole support model, and it is included in the platform fee.
If work is falling through the gaps between your tools, request a walkthrough. Bring one market and one real lead.
