How you work with your agent
You talk. The agent works the workflow. You still own the authority.
This is a division of labor, not a feature list. The agent proposes and applies inside the permissions of the person who connected it. It never acts as a second, unnamed employee.
The loop
Five steps, then the record is current.
If the connecting person could have made that change in the management UI, the agent can apply it. If they could not, the agent cannot either. That is the gate: your existing authority, checked live on every request.
Without asking
What the agent does on its own.
Reads the record
CRM, catalog, brief, and support context for the sites that person can already reach.
Keeps a thread
The conversation sits with the work. You can pick it up later without reconstructing the week from email.
Drafts the next move
A note, a completed step, a page edit — proposed with a preview so you can see the diff before it lands.
What it brings back
Anything that writes to the workflow is attributed to you.
The agent does not get its own identity in the audit trail. When a proposal is applied, it is applied as the human who connected the key. You can approve or reject in the management UI, or the agent can apply when that same person already has the right to.
Complete step · Call Dana Smith
Book a discovery call — Tuesday 9:00. Note: two units, North Metro, capital confirmed.
A worked example
Dana Smith, two units, North Metro.
One fictional deal, followed end to end, the way a reader should see the rest of this site.
- The form lands. Dana fills in a franchise inquiry on the brand site. Fraink opens her record at the first stage of your workflow, routes “Call Dana Smith” to a Manager, and the agent tells you in conversation.
- The agent reads. Two units, North Metro, timing this quarter. It drafts the prep note from what Dana wrote, not from a blank contact card.
- You decide how it went. The agent proposes “Book a discovery call” with a date. If you could tap that button yourself, it can apply. If you could not, it waits.
- The workflow stays the source. Discovery, documents, meeting, award — each completed step is a recorded change on Dana’s record, not a side conversation that evaporates.
Authority
The agent never outruns the person who connected it.
That is the honest claim, and it is stronger than a review gate: access follows the org chart you already maintain. Connect a franchisee, and the agent sees one territory. Connect a franchisor, and it sees every territory that person already runs.
Connect your assistant
Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, Grok — and more. Connected once, in your browser.
You add Fraink in the assistant you already use, approve it in the browser where you are signed in, and it can reach what you can reach. Franchisees do the same for their territory. Setup takes about a minute; the mechanics are on the Docs page for whoever wants them.
