Pricing
A flat fee per market. Everything else is metered by the work.
SaaS charges a licence for every person who might log in. Operators here talk to their agent instead, so the honest unit is the market you run and the work the agent actually does — not headcount. Two lines on the bill: a per-market platform fee, and metered usage.
What is flat
Platform fee, per active market.
$49.95 per active market / month
Includes three seats. Hosting, routine maintenance, defect correction, franchisee training, and ongoing support are all in the platform fee.
$9.95 per additional seat, per market, per month.
A market is an enabled franchise territory or location. A seat is an active named user account.
Real people, included
Just like your business, there are real people behind this one. Every market gets onboarding by video call with a person, written and in-app tutorials, and help getting the team productive on the system — not a ticket queue and a chatbot.
Ongoing support is part of the fee, too: troubleshooting and hands-on help for your staff and your franchisees, for as long as you are a customer.
// billed in advance · new markets and seats prorated on activation · deactivations take effect next cycle
What is metered
Usage, measured from our system records and billed monthly in arrears.
| Metered service | Rate |
|---|---|
| AI input | $5.00 per one million input tokens |
| AI output | $25.00 per one million output tokens |
| SMS / RCS | $0.01 per inbound message · $0.01 per outbound message |
| $0.35 per 1,000 emails sent, prorated on actual usage | |
| Daily brief | $0.85 per brief generated and delivered |
The daily-brief charge is separate from any email, SMS/RCS, or AI usage it involves. These rates include the underlying service cost, except taxes and any optional third-party or premium service you approve in advance.
The shape of the bill
Seats you barely touch versus work you actually run.
