Flat Platform Fees

• Platform Fee: $49.95/month per active market (franchise territory or location). Covers hosting, ongoing maintenance, bug fixes, franchisee training, and live human support.
• Seat Fee: $9.95/month per active named user account.

Metered Usage Rates (Monthly in Arrears)

• AI Input: $5.00 per 1M tokens
• AI Output: $25.00 per 1M tokens
• SMS / RCS: $0.01 per inbound or outbound message
• Email: $0.35 per 1,000 emails sent (prorated)
• Daily Brief: $0.85 per brief generated (separate from underlying AI or messaging fees)
